Hickman King Creative Ltd is payable on the receipt from the date of your invoice. Accounts which remain outstanding for 30 days after the date of invoice, will incur a 10% late payment penalty fee per month for the outstanding amount.

Accounts which go unpaid without a prior payment arrangement approved by Hickman King Creative Ltd in writing will be referred to Baycorp New Zealand. All associated costs incurred to retrieve monies owed to Hickman King Creative Ltd, including all debt collection fees and lawyer fees will be passed on to the debtor.
